From Longview

Drive east on I-20, exit number 610 on highway 3251.  Make two quick right turns and this will get you headed west on the access road. Drive 0.75 miles on the access road and turn left on Finlea Road. The facility is on the right.

From Marshall

Drive west on I-20, exit number 610 on highway 3251.  Turn left on 3251 go over I-20, turn right on access road (make sure not to turn right on exit ramp). Drive 0.75 miles on the access road and turn left on Finklea Road. The facility is on the right.

What We Do 

The Ark La Tex STEPS Network promotes safety, health, and environmental improvement in the oil and gas exploration and production industry. The network provides opportunities for the sharing of best practices, continuing education, and networking opportunities for individuals and companies operating or based in the Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas area. The Ark La Tex STEPS Network meets monthly in Hallsville, TX
